Their service was generally good, but our experience was disappointing. The AC and TV were not functioning properly in our room, and despite booking, we were given a room in poor condition while other rooms of the same type and price were much better. Additionally, the swimming pool was not clean, which affected our overall stay. Improvements in room allocation and maintenance are needed.

Staff is not supporting. I have added breakfast in my advance booking but the staff was not aware about it. They denied complementary breakfast. Buffet breakfast is not available. Outside liquor is not allowed in the Gazebo. You can drink outside liquor in the room only.

It was pretty convenient for me to reach at the location. I tried food there and it was good as well. Swimming pool was there, but it's dirty and no water in it. As I have phone with me, so I didn't checked about the internet. I found safe in terms of security.

The service was really good employees of the hotel were really helpful but the rooms were not upto date. The room doors specially needs renovation it really doesn't feel secure there. Also the hotel food is too expensive you can go out of budget easily here.

We haven't tried any food inside the property. Location was on the main road and convenient for me. Swimming pool was there, but it was not in working condition and look like it's under maintenance. WiFi was available to use.

This was my 2nd stay as a transit traveller. The staff is hospitable and welcoming. Service is fast, food is good. It's safe for a solo female traveller. And they are pet friendly too. Done

The hotel toilets and bath area are very clean. The rooms are overall the entire hotel needs a renovation. There is a need for a air-conditioned dining area. The food is alright.
