The hotel's electric line is disconnected by government for any reason. The hotel runs generator for two hours in the evening. I entered the hotel at 1pm. Upto 6.30pm there was no power in the entire hotel. I could not even charge my mobile phone. After half an hour the electricity came I thought that the trouble has ended. After the dinner was over at around 9pm. the hotelier switched off the generator. No power was there till I left the hotel at 9am. At night I tried to go to the toilet in the entire darkness. There was no charge in my mobile to switch on the torch of the mobile. I could not understand the location of the commode and fallen on the ground in the disbalance with the commode and became injured. I requested the owner of the hotel to give in writing on the duplicate copy of the hotel voucher that he could not provide electricity. The hotelier, his wife and son together shouted and told me that we have understood that what kind of person you are. It is Ladakh. You have no common sense. Get out from our hotel immediately. The door latches were broken.

The hotel is a nice place with great view.....hospitality was also good, we asked for reschedule of our booking, they got it done without any extra charges. Only think which requires improvement is , they should start providing an quilt along with the blanket as it's too cold in leh.

The location is in the side of the main road but the food is very good rooms are clean staff is cooperative.Overall ok
