We called for reaching time. Person claim to be a father of owner asked to cancel reservation they cant afford price given by goibibo. After talked to customer service go ibibio they given us a different very old and dirty different hotel IN SUCH A EXTREME HEAT TcWE ARE HELPLESS BIT ACCEPTED as all are senior citizens. It's a first time such an experience by GO IBIBO. What we paid for didn't got i am sure in good faith for years you must refund fully. I know amount is very less still show your good faith like we trust you GOIBIBO. FOR 15 year or more Worse place given and original best hotel replace. Because goibibo given lower price

It's too bad hotel . I would never want to stay in this type of hotel such a pathetic experience. Even the bed linen was not cleaned. I want to cancel it at the time of check in but there was no option. Waste of money.

it was just normal. staff was good. but need more improvement. hotel was easily accessible as it was close to the chandigarh railway station. was only 900 metres away.. thank you rebirth whole staff.

The hotel staff was rude and rigid. Rooms were wet, soaked in water, Bedsheets were stained. Overall a bad experience. Food was also not that great either, even the salad was not fresh.
