Absolutely outstanding hotel perfectly located. Helpful, friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time. It was my business during our stay, which we had not mentioned, but they obviously saw that at the check in. Also an excellent breakfast buffet. We will definetely come back with friends and I would highly recommend this hotel.

I am a big fan of GRT group of hotels. I rated this group next to Taj. Had bitter experience in this property in terms of house keeping, food , wash room quality but only one exemption is people were very good , all of them demonstrated good amount of hospitality. still I am rating 5 only because of previous experience and for the people.

Wonderful stay in Tutucorin. The property is very clean , well maintained and nicely furnished. The rooms are modern and well maintained with all required facilities. The standard of this hotel for this region is quite exceptional. The breakfast spread was varied and tasty. Overall great stay. Really happy

room is good and spacious. the furnitures are minimalistic, but, comfortable, with ample space for moving around. food is good, taste is normal. service is excellent. everyone's polite, smiling, without being overly cringey. will stay here again, if we come back.

This is only the best available Hotel in the city. Room are neat and clean. Service was also good. Food quality was excellent but quite costly. I will definitely recommend this Hotel.
