Resort is quite decent. But there are major issues with the number of staffs. After repeated complaints regarding the TV not working, it wasn't fixed. The landline in the room doesn't work and one needs to call on various mobile numbers for reception, housekeeping, etc. They have hardly 15 items in their food menu and items are costly (Rs 350+ for most of the items ). Rooms were stinking a bit due to paint. The floor was all dusty as it was never moped. Late checkin is a norm it seems as many guests were waiting for more than 30 mins and the rooms were not ready. The standard checkin time is 1 PM, but the rooms weren't ready even by 1:45 PM. Complimentary Breakfast was average. Better avoid staying at this resort !
