Please check the below feedback points. 1. The reception staff was not in an attentive manner. 2. Supporting staff of the hotel, lookwise they were under 18 years of age and completely unprofessional. 3. Hotel Room AC was not working properly. 4. Washroom exhaust & Room NFC Key were unserviceable. 5. The beds were not appropriate, smelled badly, and were not cleaned. Need improvement.

i changed room 3 times because no working ac and bathroom plumbing then also faced problem in bathroom managment is very poor room service is good breakfast serve late morning 9 am and not so good taste location is good
