first of all , the tv is an old one and works only with tata sky. it was not working in that day because of bad weather. in the new days all the hotels are using smart or android tv in their rooms . please convey this message to the authorities of that hotel

The Room and atmosphere are very satisfying...all the places are very near to the Hotel..,also resturant food is good 💯

The room is clean. But the toilet is very bad. There are many stains in floors and wall tiles 2 beds are very uncomfortable while sleeping.. both mattresses are slipping from bed The city view is nice but. The yellow light from ground is directly lightened through window Tea or coffee maker is only available at the counter. That's very uncomfortable

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown
