hotel is very close to satellite bus stand, prices are ok, food is good, little mosquito problem was there but otherwise it was a nice stay.

very bad experience of this time ni one listening tv was not working...even staff and manager was also rude .... calling to restaurant was bringing things after long time ...ni cold water available for drinking in restaurant.....

The hotel rooms were quite spacious and well equiped and maintained. Cleanliness was good and bathroom was clean and dry with 24 hrs hot and cold water. Toilet was clean and clear. Only the room service was slow and not much variety in the menu. Food quality definitely needs improvement. Check in and checkout was quick and efficient.
The hotel staff was courteous and helpful.

They need to make it like a hotel. Towels not provided properly. Hand soap dispenser doesn't work and they were least bothered about it. They try to save on water cost provided in room by giving lesser number of bottles. In all the behaviour was like a lodge stay

Do not book this hotel at all. The hotel rooms need maintenance. The bedsheets are soiled. There were cigarette burns on the bedside tables. There was no hygiene maintained in the room. You will be wasting your money if you will opt for morning breakfast as there are no options for breakfast other than paratha puri and eggs that too their staff do not prepare well as we had upset stomachs after eating it. i was upgraded to a suite , so obviously I very much liked the gesture. The property is conveniently located and it was neat and clean, cooling was good, special mention to the mattress after a long tiring drive i had a peaceful sleep. I guess it's the best deal you can get in Bareilly stop over.
