I had already paid for my hotel stay before arriving at the hotel. However, they claimed that they had not received any payment and charged me again for my four-day stay. Later, they assured me that they had spoken to the team and would refund the money once they received it. I'm still waiting for the refund. If the team doesn't process my refund, I will have to consider other options. This has been the worst experience!
