Overall a good stay – the room was clean and comfortable. However, the receptionist was not polite, which was disappointing. Also, avoid rooms near the lifts as they’re used frequently and the constant door opening and closing can be quite disturbing.

Reached hotel at 9 am as I had opted for flexible checkin, but hotel said they do not provide flexible checkin. After a lot of argument with Hotel guy at the reception finally he gave up and allowed early checkin. Not fit if you are staying here with family and small kids.

We stayed there for 4 Nights and 5 Days.Pros:1) Hotel at Prime location. So Ease of accessibility to all sides of Chennai.If dependent on Public transport, then this place Not preferable.2) Affordable Price on online websites for this place.CONS:1) Staffs can be more friendly and Helpful.we had 5 big bags and no staff was coming forward to Help carrying.2) TV was Not Working and Dish was not recharged in any of the rooms.3) No Tea or coffee as-well available in this place. So atleast have to walk 500mts. for same.4) Ventilation is not good enough, So do not go for Non-AC rooms.
