decent hotel at this price. had to stay only one night after checking in at 00.20 hours. good location close to railway station. newly renovated. cheerful staff. happy overall

It was an average stay but I guess they can do better. Staff at the reception were polite and well behaved except for the night manager. He was absolutely rude and didn't know how to behave with customers. His attitude was pathetic, we had an early morning checkout and he did even bother to check, if we needed any help and kept sleeping on the couch in the lobby.

1. the room was not cleaned.
2. the bedsheet was dirty.
3. the pillow was in terrible condition.
4. when we asked for toilet paper, they took it from another room and gave us a used one, which was slightly wet as well.
5. i had booked a 2-night stay, but on the second day, the staff asked me twice when i would be checking out, even though i still had one night left.

Unclean bedsheet and quill, TV was not working took 30 minutes for check in gave a different room and AC is also not working properly cant change the temperature
