I had stayed at this hotel for a night, property location is on other side of dal lake (i.e. not near ghats). It is near Mamta chawk. While the owner is a good person, the interior is a bit worn out. Washroom was sparkling clean and hot water by gyeser was available 24/7. However, bedsheet, pillows, blanket were old and not so clean. blanket was also moderately thick and at times not sufficient for preventing cold. Room carpet was little damaged and dirty as well. i stayed nearly one week they couldn't change the blancket for entire week
and also they provided bucket in the bath room it's condition is very bad.

This was a good and cheap hotel. Facilities were good, there was geyser also. Food price is a bit high and electric blanket is available for extra 200 rupees. Location is a bit on the inside but map shows the correct location anyway.

It was an amazing experience at the guest house.. Location is perfectly near the dal lake.. With ample restaurant around for every taste.. Pricing is the icing on the cake with rooms with all the amenities like geyser, power blanket, tv.

Very nice experience. Comparing to the rate, it is awesome. The person in charge was very cooperative. Rooms are neat. The only negative you may find that a narrow way from the road to the property.
