staying experience was very bad, owner rude behaviour really was not expected. ac was out of working. cleaning and hygiene was not seen at all. no coffee , tea available in room, even no water as complimentary. dirty washroom with water leakage

Horrible not atall suitable for stay, property lacks basic facilities, I have to change to another room from originally alloted room no.204, This property does not have proper Photo uploaded are for room at ground floor which was allotted after taking up issue with owner, This room is also not proper.

Pros Good staff behaviour and excellent hospitality. Hotel Manager had arranged for the food even at late night 11.30 PM. Cons We stayed in Room 101. Room flooring was clean but corners were full of dust. Washrooms were ok. Bathroom taps and buckets lacked cleaning. Infact bathroom fittings need to be replaced as they give a filthy look and feel.

Anamika palace, of course it's not a palace instead it's an old house converted into hotel ;) located slightly away from the city center (5km) and you might find difficulty in getting auto/cab early morning or late hours. The owner of the place offer generously pickup and drop service in his own Creta car to the city center for early morning temple aarti and all, for which he charges 500 per trip. Thanks for that! it’s not worth staying , breakfast was not ready till 8/45 am, even tea is not served before 8/45 am . so we 5 persons didn’t have breakfast. staff is very rude and rooms r bad smelly

Actually this is not a hotel, it is more like a homestay. If you are looking for a quality hotel stay then you will find some things different from a normal hotel. However, these people are providing a lot of good services things too. Staff was quite helpful and cooperative... however there should be more cleanliness in the hotel... also AC tonnage should be increased in the rooms as rooms are quite spacious however AC were not able to cool the rooms properly because of high temperature in ayodhya as well as small AC as compared to room size
