one of the worst experience I have ever had before, not cleaned at all, dust every where , no water in wash rooms, available only after asking for 10 to 15 mins, no toiletries, no drinking water, no TV, no wifi, no response from reception, it is like cheap grade lodge, it is also not worth for one star rating
most importantly don't plan to stay here with family

AC executive rooms have no effective ac. toiletries mentioned in amenities not provided. staff not acquainted with proper information about their rooms/ stay/ guests and where abouts. No wifi as mentioned. Poor electric sockets.

Service quality and Cleanliness is at the worst, had been there for 2 days and its a big mistake. They don't care to change bread spreads, or clean the room after room is vacated. Bathroom is at the worst. Reception don't respond, intercom don't work, even after going down to talk to them, they FORGET accidentally
