there was no dustbin in the room. they didn’t clean the room. the service wasn’t up to mark. the reception desk was not friendly.

The rooms are very clean and tidy. Nothing to say as a negative thought. Food quality is excellent. Service and the staff are very kind and friendly. Will surely recommend for staying here. It's quiet expensive but it's worth the payment done.

The hotel rooms and toilets are very neat and clean and well furnished. Staffs were very kind and well mannered and also they provide very good and tasty food. The ambience and other facilities are unique and gorgeous. Nothing to comment as a negative review and I'm surely recommending this hotel.

We reached the hotel at about 1 in the morning. The lights were off and staff asleep. Rooms are okay but there is a bad smell in bathroom. Staff was not there at the reception desk when we were trying to check out.

Benefits - Location of the hotel, very warm & friendly staff, promotes diversity & inclusion, Food is truly the best, room service is amazing, Maintained like a new property, Air-conditioning is 5-Star plus Area of Improvement - Softer towels, Toilet seat band, Cleanliness - 99/100

Room was with a bad smell as not used for a long period due to covid 19. I was about to check out early by 6AM but there was no staffs. only one security man was at main gate and I asked him to call someone. finally I was relieved by 7.30AM. the rate of food is high.
