Had a comfortable stay. little changes require is that the checkout time if qny regular guest is coming you should give little late checkout. all the staff behaviour is good, location is also good it is back side of light house. whenever i planning for puri i stay annapurna resort only.

Except for the room others have issues. Have no car parking and no food delivery service. Also for giving tea no delivery boy available, if you need tea and anything you have to arrange. They only provide room. The room is ok for staying here. No balcony for any room. If you come with a car then you have to arrange that they do not help anymore for cab parking. Average.

Experience with Annapurna resort was good only there was communication gap between Hotel reception desk with booking provider. Kindly improve the same.

Had a bad experience. Complimentary water, towels & toiletries were not provided as mentioned while booking. Rooms were not up to the mark. In one of the rooms TV was also not provided, when asked about the same, they replied they sent it for reparing. Bed linens were not changed daily. Also rooms need cleaning and pest control.

Worst hotel experience ever... The AC was not working, the hotel does not have a water filter of its own, the hotel staff consists of just 2 men who are not helpful at all.. very very poor service. The manager is never present. Few people simply sit behind the counter at various times of the day. The bed sheets are not cleaned properly. The rooms ate filthy... It was a nightmarish experience...

worst experience in my life.I booked the hotelchenin time was 9 am but got room at 10:00 am after lot of request to shift us. The housekeeping cleaned the room in front of us.The AC room which was allotted to us was a nightmare to us as my son of 5 years and spouse and myself could not take the sound of the AC which felt to us that we are sitting on a train which was going at full speed. we complained the reception to change our room but they didn't and replied that the AC mechanic would come an ...more

My recent stay at Annapurna Resort in Puri was extremely disappointing, especially compared to a better experience during a previous visit. Despite booking a three-night stay, we faced multiple issues that marred our trip.Last night, water leaking from the ceiling created a shocking sensation when using the bathroom fixtures, which made it impossible to sleep. Well managed, very nice ambiance. Crystal clear property with polite staff. Room service is fine whenever we need. Food quality is delicious. The sea beach is very close to the room. Property at Baliapanda, light house. I am really pleased with 4 days of stay here.

This property is very nearby connected to the sea beach. Nice and cooperative staff. well behaviour . decent and clean rooms. Food quality is very hygienic.
