It was clearly mention on the booking receipt- 15% discount is available on F&B But when we ask on our food Money doesn't matter but where is the commitment

I’ve taken room with breakfast for which an extra payment was given. There was no breakfast available at the restaurant. When asked for the room service, they were not responding properly.Please check with hotel for any paid service whether they are actually providing or not.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean and stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

Best stay of mine in hotel anntilia inn. Staff was excellent and helpful also food was very good and delicious.. And the location of hotel is so perfect thats why I reach my destination on time.
