intercom was not working

stayed there 4 years ago.. in that time its good however this time the hotel's cleanliness is horrible.. everywhere cigarettes buds, ashes, hairs.. and smells of the room horrible

Hotel cleanliness and maintenance is excellent.. They have helped me in every possible way and they also provide car for tour purposes at very cheap rate in compare to the market rates and the best hotel in agartala at a very affordable price. Overall 10/10

Horrible Experience. Worst ever Hotel, I stayed. The hotel staff and behavioir is very rude. They will never answer anything properly to you and will treat you as if you are staying for free in this hotel. The room which I booked is for 3 persons, but we were given the room in which not even 2 persons can stay properly. Dont believe the property photos. They are making us fool. charged for deluxe room gave normal rooms and later on discussed that complementary dinner will be provided and they gave me sadha(Stale Paneer) hua .for that they charged 200 rs .hotel dnt have resturant they showing as restuarant.they are bringing food from outside hotel
