I asked Hotel to issue GST Bill at Check In time but they refused to give me the GST Bill During Check Out. I need GST Bill as it is a corporate visit to a branch. Looking for a solutions & I can go to Consumer Forum for a justice now.

Poor & miserable behavior of hotel staff , they have charged for blanket also, Complementary breakfast is included but they didn't provide it. My review regarding this hotel is negative. I can't expected such type of poor service with a reputed name. I won't suggest anyone to book room in this hotel.......disgusting service

The stay was nice....whatever minimum service that was available during this pandemic time was good....but what was really disappointing was that the room tariff included breakfast as per your information....which was not there.

Every single thing was good in this property from accommodation to facilities and services. Staff had a good behavior. No complimentary breakfast no WiFi option.The location of the property is easy to access.

The location was good and the staffs services were nice too. It was value for money property but only concern was that the linens were not clean enough.

We had a delightful experience in this property. Beautiful location and clean and spacious room, staffs was worthy for their services and they were courteous.Overall we had a very satisfying & happy stay.
