room was quite good no complains regarding rooms but the staff was horrible not at all co operative in anything room service too was very bad. like even they denied us for 15 mins early checkin too tht too very badly n they were having room free they asked us to pay extra for that too and while talking with us also they were very rude specially a lady which is receptionist over there he doesnt have any manner at all to stay in hospitality industry.

excellent hotel. great servicethe room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. the people in the reception were very helpful, the location is great,i would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if im back in mumbai!!

the hotel has rude staff who donot know how to handle a situation, it feels like talking to a parrot. especially the receptionist also the food is very average

I had a very bad experience in this hotel. I saw the worst room service of my life. I called 4 to 5 times for tea in the evening and same in the morning but no tea was served to me, they even did not serve water to me. very poor room service i would not suggest booking this hotel to anyone.
