thus hotel is in prominent location of city center , hotel staff are very fo operative ,hotel is very neat and clean ,they maintain all the hygeine ,food quality is also awesome

The maintainance of the rooms is very poor. Check in facilty was good. But I faced a lot of trouble in my stays. Such as:
1. Deluxe room size is very small, not at all satisfactory as per the room rate of amount. Size of bed is very small not even fit for 2 persons with a baby. Not enough space and no window was there.
2. I booked 2 rooms, but AC of the both rooms were not working, even we stayed for a half day without AC. After complaining they shifted the room twice for two rooms.

we stayed in a deluxe room which is superb the size of the room was very large. All the amenities was there in the room except fridge. Both bathroom and room was neat and clean. we had a very good stay there.
Front office staff especially Nargis and male staff were very attentive and helpful. We will definitely visit this hotel again for sure. we highly recommend this hotel.
