I booked for 2 nights since 24 hours stay was unavailable. But when I reached morning 4:30, Reception staff was in deep sleep. I had to call out loud but nobody responded. Then opened the shutter and entered. But the staff still denied to give entry. I had to show 2 nights booking and argue to get the room. There was no water bottles or soap in the room.

It's below average hotel. Don't take the breakfast option while booking as 250 per room for breakfast is waste. They give a parcel of 1 plate of normal breakfast which costs 30 Rs on the road. Not a buffet style breakfast

Hospitality is not good,No water provided for free,TV is not recharged on time. Service boy/Gateman is requesting for money Also water was charged more than 20 rupees for 1 liter in the restaurant as well as in lodging. Ethanol-based sanitizer is not refilled at entrance and not available at room premises.Car Parking is inappropriate cannot accommodate more vehicles.i feel smaller hotels provide better service for such rates.

worst service i have experienced yet.the rooms were suffocated.problem with customer service.no soaps and clean towels.in all don't stay over here.

It has no proper parking place. I had a dent in my car. Shower was not good. would not choose that hotel again.

Friendly staff and rooms are hygienic . good location as well. value for money to stay. i love the staff and reception the way they received and treated. u don;t get very often this kind of welcome

Breakfast was complimentary in my package... but same was not provided as they don't have kitchen facility.... room were untidy and stinky.... I will not recommend any body to visit that hotel.
