room where too small, flush cork not working, T.V. channel not available also lights keep on going.very high charges as per amenites.

firstly they refused to give me the room even though they were having 5-6 rooms unoccupied and when i spoke to the customer service officer he called up at the property and then the hotel manager gave me the room telling me that i don't have the room that you have booked so i will give u an upgrade room with 630/- rs extra charges so at that point of of time i didn't had any option so i have paid him extra and stayed there.

It is a good hotel given the price; however, a little small for a couple or family. The management needs to work on the blanket cleanliness as they smell of cigarettes.
