rooms are very congested and condition of washroom are like public toilet.... there is no parking for vehicle... overall pathetic experience

Comfy and clean dorm beds and neat toilets. Friendly and responsive staff at the reception. Was ready to help with any services required during the stay. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Value for money.

My experience at Auckland Hotel was amazing. What I loved the most about this place was their friendly staff very helpful and cooperative person. And manager very humble and sweet person, explored the city with us. And food was delicious.

It was one of my best stays. Extremely close to Mall road, everything was accessible. The property is amazing, staff were very helpful and food was delicious too. If you are solo travelling in Shimla then Auckland hotel is best.

Very nice location and silent place‚ best mountain view. The receptionist was very polite‚rooms were also clean and bathroom also the freshness of room charmed us.The hotel is near to the Mall Road. At last I would like to say that we had a great experience in Shimla.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at the hostel. The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly, making it easy to connect with other guests. We were looking for a quiet and comfortable place to spend some quality time together. And Auckland Hotel delivered Staff was very humble and very friendly. Food was delicious. Ambience and location of the hotel is nice giving us the best views.

Auckland Hotel offered the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, the staff was attentive and professional, and the food was exquisite. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring Shimla. We throughly enjoyed our stay.
