This is one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.Despite booking in advance through Goibibo, I was denied basic services, harassed by staff, and forced to spend the night at a railway station. Yes, you read that right — even with a valid booking for the next day morning at 10 AM, I was left stranded, humiliated, and helpless.1)SHOCKING STAFF BEHAVIOR:The hotel staff was absolutely rude, aggressive, and disrespectful. After conducting research, I selected Hotel Baba vishwanath palace Prayagraj. I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms.
I was mesmerized to see their luxury accommodation, their staff behaviour is also excellent and food was also delicious and I would love to visit again.
