kettle was not provided in standard room. Every normal facility was denied and it was told that your room is standard room we can't provide. in restaurant also the food was sometimes not so good

The hotel basically is an event hotel They mostly cater to wedding, engagements etc . The rooms are small . When we stayed there was a hot water problem in restroom which they rectified after repeated requests. The food is average. The breakfast buffet also has very limited options .
