Mr Bansal is extremely cooperative. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. As I shall be visiting Almora in the near future, I intend to stay there again. Warmly, Shiv Dandriyal.

there was nobody at reception. there was no room service. the stairs were so narrow and steep even my elder parent were not able to walk properly. room were having full of mosquitos. window were not having any net. toilet sheet was broken. tv was not there. room was not worth and not value for money. location was noisy. even till night 12 pm, people were drinking and shouting at night. not recommendable for elders and family. i was so fed up and was eagerly waiting for next morning to vacate. overall experience was poor and bad.

They didn't provide toileteries. They said due to covid, stopped providing towels. Room didn't have TV. The worst ever hotel experienced I had as the rooms bedsheets and pillow covers were not cleaned.
