We booked for two nights and had a very comfortable stay.Spacious room.The location is great near to Ernakulatthappan temple ,Durbar hall,Subhash park and Maharajas college.Food is very tasty.There is also a supermarket nearby .

bharat hotel is a nice hotel located in a good place. the famous eranakulam shiva temple is nearby as also a good park and the marine drive.
the hotel is well maintained and has excellent vegetarian food served in their restaurant. service is also decent.
rooms are clean and spacious. aircon is excellent.
the only issue is a few mosquitoes which comes along with the city landscape.
recommended for a family stay. good value for money.

This time too I was given 159. I think I must have stayed in this room over half a dozen times. I am patronizing this Hotel since 1995....and I am so used to this Hotel that it becomes difficult to stay in another place when rooms are not available here. I have cancelled my trips to Ernakulam a couple of times when rooms were full here.
The front office was outstanding, as always.. Even though we see new faces at the front office, they all seemed trained well.
