Their AC was out of order. Flush in toilet was out of order. Shower was not properly working. We paid Rs. 700/- in advance at the time booking for 4 breakfast, but they served 4 pieces of bread without butter with one omlette and tea in very small paper cup. Moreover, we had to wait till 10-30 AM for that breakfast. Horrible experience.

Dusty rooms, dirty pillow covers, no toiletries, commode extremely dirty, hand shower can make you completely wet, reading lamp not working, washroom exhaust not working, food quality horrible.... overall worst experience 😡😡

The Room is not what it had shown during booking.. i booked a deluxe twin room for 2 nights.. but they gave me a normal room with all sorts of issues.. they say that they'll provide a lot of facilities.. (at least about 28 or 29) but out of them.. maybe only 9 or 10 facility is available.. the flush doesn't work, the TV has no connections.. not a single cord is connected, no seating area, no in room dining, bin full of garbage, no AC remote, no slippers... very bad service overall.this was not ...more
