no amenities as shown. no room service, even water is not served. swimming pool is chargeable. worst behaviour.

Hotel was horrible...No cleanliness,bedsheet was dirty, geyser not working,almost all furniture was broken.They mentioned swimming pool in your site but they charge extra for swimming pool ,gas cylinder.
If you select this appartment.Be ready to manage everything by yourself..no help will be provided..worst experience .Owner sometimes talk to my wife harshly which is not acceptable

*care taker is not available at place
* no staff member attendance on reception
* gas cylinder was empty
* all kitchnet tools are in bad condition (get rusted)
* bad oddur in room as not clean well
* bedsheet and cushion covers are not changed
* kitchnet is useless only for sleeping purpose rooms are good
* no telephone service, available

Kitchen was not cleaned when we checkd in utensils are dirty and kitchen was smelling bad except these everything was fine

room was nice and clean, bathroom and toilet was good, kitchen amenities were provided.caretaker was helpful.only swimming pool was a problem as it was not clean .rest all good .I recommend for family travelers .very close to calungute beach and easily accessible all other beaches in North goa.everthing was accessible like grocery shops .private parking is not available.u have to park it on road and road iis too small.some broke my cars tail lamp in the night.u can heir bike outside the appartment @400 Rs per day.
