it was holi time.so hotel was facing shortage of staff.breakfast menu was very ordinary with little variety.otherwise rooms were clean and housekeeping was good

it doesn’t not cost for money. we have booked for 1day, but what a horrible service we experienced. they don’t have proper arrangements for their guest to check in. even they have lots of congestion in parking area. overall not worthy to stay here.

services of this hotel have deteriorated big time. Hotel rooms and bathrooms are not maintained and need a renovation. Lights are so dull and bathrooms are not good..

The stay was awesome. The rooms were very clean and full with amenities as expected. Check in was smooth and location is also very good. Very good vegetarian food. Must try Sisi and Khasta Roti.

After visiting Brijwasi, I have realized that the reviews posted were indeed true.infrastructure - this was the only good part about it. it gives you a feel of a nice 3 star hotel. but it stops there.we asked for an extra bed. we were given a mattress on the floor. the person attending to our request was annoyed even when the request was made the first time. he was doing the job for the sake of it. do t expect hospitality.I was with family. my parents slept at 10.30. 12 am they started blasting ...more
