The Collin of door was broke ,I need to lock the door with the key everytime I came inside my room.there washroom was not clean,and if any of my friend came to pick me up ,or came to meet me in my room ,they were not allowing them ,I have to request them for let them come .

Not as per explanation. Room cleaning very poor. Bad sheet and pillow cover not change. Bathroom and toilet sheet not proper clean

Hotel was good and food was also good... staff was also good specially the security guard.
But the service was very slow..I use to call for tea for 5-6 times and every time they took 30-40 mi utes for 1 cup tea only... Bed sheets were not clean...spots were there...They just need to take care of service quality and the cleanliness...

Shabby , dirty , not at all clean...starting from reception , lifts , rooms , washrooms...all mess. Don't recommend to any one please...pure wastage of money.

seen first Hotel which do not provide a bottle of mineral water as a courtesy they should atleast provide a bottle of mineral water staff is rude hotel is not clean
