Staff behaviour- 0 /5 ( The female receptionist was rude )
Room - 1 /5 ( Got a faulty room with no water in bathroom ) Had to wait for hours just to get it fixed with me following up
Food - 0/5 ( Ordered Thali ( 500rs 😅) got the food the quantity of a kid ( Never order from here )
Ambiance- Located in the outskirts of city ( So too much of travel ) . Safety issues outside campus
Others - For all deliver in the hotel , you need to pick it up yourself . The receptionist directly said PICK ...more

The hotel looks fancy but the place is bad , the staff is rude and unsupportive. The female reception staff was talking foolishly all the time , asking to come pick up the delivery and food . Not cooperative anytime . Will not recommend this hotel to anyone

Rooms and Property are good but basic maintenance is lacking. From Roaches in the Washroom, smelly corridor, AC asking for service and used Towels being stacked back as fresh.
Rest the staff is supportive when asked for assistance.

One of the best hotel in Lucknow for anyone. Its clean and spacious. In this price range, you will not get anything better than this. It is close to 4star hotel

my room is vacant because they didn't allow me to check-in. The front office desk was not at all co- operating they.As per their guidelines no refund was made. it's just a waste of money property. worst experience ever.
