seems like dormitory type setup.
not a proper hotel for customers.
no restaurant services.
hot water was not available on first day stay.
elevation is not proper as need to go some steps down to reach the lift as well as take some stairs to reach the road levels. difficult if there is luggage to carry.
overall not good if with family.

Worst experience the staff behaviour was worst, for everything they charge extra 10 to 5₹, who will charge for water ?? They'll charge extra 10₹ on each water bottle and won't give bill I consumed 5 bottles and paid almost 250₹ which is insane.
