a good property spoiled by bad management only snacks were available in the room service pool timings were not user friendly 8am to 6.30pm

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is excellent—convenient and well-connected, making it easy to get around. The swimming pool is well-maintained, clean, and a great place to relax after a long day. Additionally, the rooms are tidy, well-kept, and comfortable, which made the stay quite pleasant in terms of accommodation. However, breakfast was a significant letdown. Looks like, once it was a good heritage. Now I felt that, they don't give sufficient care. The concept is excellent. It can have an excellent future, if they give sufficient care to the property. Perodical renovation and staff formation is a must. Missing hospitality and professionalism.
