Near to many market and mall and 3 km from ranchi railway station. Room are neat and clean overall good stay in reasonable rate

very poor condition of the room as well as bathroom also.
The behavior of the staff was very bad.
I had to wait 3 hours to use the bathroom.
The fan and AC was not working properly.

the hotel looks fancy in the pictures when in fact it’s not worth spending a night at. horrible location with continuous honking of the traffic. the room stinks like anything. the smallest bathroom that has horrendous unpleasant odours. i regret this stay!

I m experiencing such a cheap service from for the second time. Manager remains for a certain timeline at Hotel. If U ask for water or Tea or Coffee, expect a repeat reminder to have. Room provided, but the Manager surprised like heaven to hell in no time, when I informed her that neither the exhaust fan nor the commode flush working in washroom. Means the height of casual approach. They just don't bother to check the room before providing. I complained, they tried to shift the room, but that room doesn't have a stand to hang my used cloths.

It was a very bad experience in that accommodation they had not provided Geiger and other facilities, without any good coality of services. Even though they took extra charge for my daughter without giving any facilities, she stayed along with us in our alloted two bed accommodation. Why do they claim an extra amount for my daughter. Kindly look into the matter and try to refund the amount .
