stay was ok. cleanliness, plumbing and number of electrical points could be improved. staff were friendly and courteous. food was reasonably priced and okay. air-conditioning and electrical appliances were well maintained and working well. all in all it was a decent stay.

Hotel is good but poor management
no staff no hygiene bathroom is dirty
no kettle no dental kit.
out of city 3 km from station if you want to go somewhere from hotel no auto will be available
overall need so much improvement.

- No maintenance of rooms, furnitures.
- Cracked wall can be seen
- Even the complimentary water bottles will be given if you ask
- Its restaurant is also not good. Besides the basic food items, do not expect any good food here.
- May be they have some cost-cutting motto. You can feel that being in the hotel.
- In the restaurant, plastic use-n-throw glasses are given for water. The dishes are also made of plastic only.
- It's a management problem. Staffs try to help guests. But the culture and fund come from management. So that's it.

a decent property in Bagalkote, just behind the railway station. the property has ample parking space and has the required amenities (restaurant, AC in the room, cleanish bathrooms). few things to consider..there's no geyser or kettle in the room for a hot shower and to make tea.. we'll have to connect with the reception for hot water. but then, Bagalkote is a warm area, we didn't need to take bath in hot water. the towels are not very very clean. there were some minor stains. but since we carri ...more

no battery backup : cable connection not subscribed, breakfast quality was worst. power cut for hours. had to wake up at midnight.
