House keeping and cleanliness needs to be improved. Free breakfast is not Buffet you have to choose very limited menu and water is also chargeable. Tea maker without any thing indicates, house keeping is very bad

you will be saying there will be complimentary breakfast but hotel management won't be aware of it and they won't provide any breakfast it was really bad we asked them but they were acting as they don't know anything....... also there was no towels and water bottle provide until we requested them. it

I stayed at this three-star hotel for one night with my family. I was disappointed with the quality of some amenities. The comforter and towels were not as clean as one would expect from a three-star property, and the pillows were in very bad shape, making for an uncomfortable night's sleep. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and maintenance, the experience could have been much more enjoyable.

stay was awesome in cliff embassy. rooms are clean and staff very courteous. parking is available in basement and outside in front. roof top restaurant is too good and food also tasty. complimentary food is good.

location is excellent...near railway station..the room were clean and of good quality.. breakfast was excellent house keeping staff helped check out early morning...cons:when we check in rooms were very hot and without ventilation.. ventilation is not good...no complimentary water bottle given on second day...we asked many times to get it.. bathroom were little smelling in night

very bad experience. cancelled the booking within 1 hour of booking, due to a vehicle accident. in spite of repeated pleas, they have refused to give any refund. The way they spoke also was bad, and unfitbfor any descent hotel.
Never reccoment such a hotel with unruly behaviour.
