i booked room in cloud bay today but they are not allowed to check in i all ready made the payment finaly i pay additional ₹200 for check In

Staff behavior is very poor experience. Hotel and area is good and restaurant is not working that reason bed tea not available.

Pleasent stay. Room is big and very neat good behaviour staffs. Restaurant inside and nearby. 5oomtrs from kattappana bus stand. Had a pleasant stay.

Room and Stay was OK. But one major drawback is there's no entertainment if you're inside the room. Only very few TV channels available. Most of them are Local Area Tv Channels. Also stayed in the 2nd floor. The wifi they have only on Ground Floor Reception area. So no reach of wifi network. Get so Bored on these. Hope they resolve these in future.. Staff Behavior, bed and all other is good.

Superb experience and had a pleasant stay with our family. the staffs deserves a better appreciation and food was really awesome. Owner is really cooperative and made us so comfortable. Thank you for the great support from the whole team.
