I recently stayed at this hotel booked, but unfortunately, my experience was not up to par. I had booked and paid, but upon checking in, I was asked for an additional payment that was not mentioned during the booking process. This unexpected extra charge left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied with the service.Furthermore, the quality of the rooms was below expectations.
