Very bad experience at this property.. Bathroom condition was worst. Staff behaviour was also very bad .One of the worst experience in my life .There was no breakfast mentioned in the booking. They denied the same and asked to take up with Goibibo.

the hotel is located at the heart of ecil just nearby the theatre and food store the hotel rooms were so clean everything was just perfect every single light ac fan everything where working the washroom was also excessive big compared to other hotels i have seen before the bed was also very clean and comfortable you can easily spend your whole day in that hotel the reception and the staff for also very good and helpful i would definitely highly recommend this hotel it is completely safe for solo ...more

Hotel had cockroaches and mosquitos. Initially they offered me a room that had a problem of flushing. After that they gave me a small room. The room was dirty and smelly . They don't have a restaurant. Infact they had a poster that if u give 5 star rating you will get 5 chocolates.

We called the property in the afternoon to inform that we will reach by 8 PM only. The person on the other side said, you have booked the rooms for lesser price and you have to pay 4500 extra. We said that we will come and speak. I Booked for 3 nights. they said that they don't have the booking confirmation. I did the booking. Once i reached the hotel, hotel refused to check me in as they dont sell their rooms at such less price. After talking to everyone I understood its waste of time. Eod i had to pay extra 500 from my pocket. It's a pathetic service.
