Very pleasant stay, Areca farm behind room is amazing, Huge place spacious bathroom.Food is average and less options for vegetarian, nature lovers will enjoy fireflies and star gazing

This is a unique experience if this is what you are looking for then it is hard to beat this place. The management tries their best to help you with the accommodation.

Guys looking for a neatly furnished rooms with intercom, WiFi, mobile signal (esp Airtel), restaurant room service, swimming pool, dental kits, electric kettles, tea sachets.... KINDLY REFRAIN FROM Booking this Resort. You will be heavily disappointed.
Pros: Food (Cheap, Tasty and Homely), Isolated from outer world of network, internet and you can completely enjoy relax in the pristine beauty of nature. Close proximity to Top slip, Parambikulam and even Alliyar dam Moke ...more

The place is very ill maintained. Broken toilet door, torn pillow covers and bed sheets. A non mosquito infested AC room was given. Location is good as well as the food but very expensive. They even charged full price of food for the child (10 years)!

Cotsvilla has a great ambience to stay in a hill foot location, esp in the evening/night hours. Food is a bit expensive but really good. DG available for power backup.
Take their help if you need a taxi.

Excellent place.. Thanks to ramakrishnan sir who is the incharge who takes care of the guests with respect... A touch costly but worth it.
