Horrible experience. book sea view room but hotel didn't provide it. room was unsafe as door lock is broken.

Service is very poor. Bathroom have no exhaust and is not clean. Food quality is good. Room service is very poor. It takes minimum 1 hour to deliver any order. Moreover u have to call them for reminder.

hotel should clean it's pool. and the area which is being built should be done faster. all the air conditioner spills water in corridor area. they alloted me the last room where there is no view of sea.

it was a very unpleasant experience. 1. the room and the Linen provided were not clean 2. lots of renowation and construction work was under process 3. the water in Swimming pool was dirty 4. always had to make 3-4 calls for food still used to take more than hour even for a simple meal 5. need to make calls to reception for almost everything

Rooms were flooded with water. pathetic stay arrangement. swimming pool was not operational. AC was not working. Utter waste of money. washroom were disgusting

Experience I had with this hotel:First after booking they will provide you cottage. It is at the back of the hotel area but beside pool. They will not give you the sea facing rooms.1. Location is very good. Excellent.2. Very poor service, I must say. For each and every basic thing, you need to go the reception and ask them about it.Basic things: TV connection, NO telephone is there in the room to call reception, NO dustbins. 3. Worst Experience ever in my life during stay..Food Quality and Service was very pathetic..Accommodation facility of Quilt and Mattress use was very dirty and smelling.. Hospitility of Reception Manager was arogant.. Overall Visit was very lethargic..and pathetic..

No maintenance , only swimming pool they care about. No hanger in the washroom,no night lamp,rubbish here and there .

worst, the hotel is not for family, the room is very bad and no words to say. Then complain reception he says to give more extra @1500 and give better room.

very bad location to stay...room are dirty...no room service available & food quality also very bad...the women in the reception visit door to door of every room at night for some massage & other bad services it is s very bad hotel for family or couple stay...even you can asses the pool after 7pm...if you want to access it after that time you would charged 300rs per person by the caretaker to enter the pool....worst experience ever.
