Staffs I met there was very humble and well behaved. Though it was mentioned in the amenities that TV is there but it was of no use.food served was piping hot and good. there was a little bit problem of powercut but as the place is a remote kinda village so have to deal with such things there.overall a nice experience

The staff was rude, the bathroom geyser was not working. we had selected a breakfast option on bread butter and tea was served.

I did not like the room condition. The overall feel of the room was of Dharamshala type. the carpets were dirty and wet. one of the room had no view through window and the other window was blocked. however the staff did everything to make our stay comfortable like provided us with good quality dinner. the food quality was nice.

Spacious room, clean bathrooms. View from the windows is amazing. You can see the snow covered mountains in the morning. Food is great. Property manager Mr. Pintu Kumar Singh and the hotel staff is very kind and helpful. Overall great experience
