Decent place with comfortable rooms and polite staff. The overall experience and service was really execellent.
Thanks for such a cozy and relaxing exoerience. I highly recommend the stay at the cove wing.

Rooms are neat & clean. Room service is also good, food quality is good. specially in rooftop. you can see different experience in rooftop restro . staff is also very helpful and professional. early check in is also available.

This is the worst hotel with worst service , we have to shift our room 3 times due to worse room condition, ac was not working properly , rooms are stinking like hell staffs are very casual in response, very poor management. We checked in at 1 am and from last 2 hours we were facing issues . I am not recommending this hotel to anyone . I want my money refund and i want to cancel my next day booking also.

The room looked clean and all nice from the reviews. However the Towels had blood stains. The bathroom shower is a must to check. No hand Shower available. The soaps, shower gel, etc are not of good quality. We shifted to another room, but the it had a little improvement. The taps were dripping in that.
Remote was not working, even when called for help, netflix did not get connected. Cleanliness and maintenance was a big problem with District 5.
