location and rooms are great but cleanliness is not upto the mark
experience is good, but basic facilities like toiletries are not available. towels are not clean

Divine hospitality -
1. Rooms are not clean at all ( blood spots on bedsheets, sticky floor, bad smell and dirty walls.
2. When you enter the room you expect basis items like toiletries, bathing soaps, dental kits. Only 2 hand soaps are there thats it. Totally waste of money.
3. Electricity - For us the electricity for our room went at 3AM and we kept on calling the staff. No one responded till 8 AM. Now you can what you are booking.

Pathetic. No hygiene, room was dirty, no hotel service. Never to stay here. And will suggest no one to stay here.
