I recently stayed at DURGA RESIDENCY hotel in a deluxe room AC room, and I wanted to provide some feedback regarding my experience. Unfortunately, it did not meet the expectations I had based on your reputation and the premium cost of the room.
Several issues stood out during my stay:
1. Cleanliness: The room was not up to standard. [For example, the bathroom had stains, or the bedding did not seem fresh.]

Nice stay at this hotel. It is located near Katra Railway station. Hotel needs to improve crockery in which they serve tea etc. Otherwise nice and comfortable stay.

nice place to stay.Walking distance from katra railway station. market is nearby.lift is available.but they denied for late checkout.they allowed our luggage in their reception for some hours.overal a good stay

room was not at all clean. Hygiene issues are there. bathroom was not that clean.
gyser not working, after reporting complain still problem was not resolved.
tv channel was working.
totally understand with the stay.

first they try cheating by giving cheap room when we object then. they made us wait and then. they gave us proper room. no hot water for some. tea was served in broken cups. in night kitchen was closed so we got food from outside when we asked for plates for 4 person they gave us one plats it was so bad that you would not even feed ur dogs. worst thing underage kids are working and serving people and greetings no dress code. they are running like dharam shala. breakfast so oily and looks like t ...more
