I booked 2 family deluxe rooms for 9 people.you can book these 2 rooms for 10-11 people also.location: Ratting 4/5. located 400 meters( walkable distance) from mall road. 10 mint walk.View: Ratting 4.5/5. Nice view I like the view. Actually there is some smell in the room and there is no parking facility nearby. It is not good i have not click much photos in the hotel

the services are not really good they offer tv which was not working and when we asked the hotel incharge they just ignored it we asked 2 times to the hotel incharge but they both ignored us room was actually good but blanket was not comfortable for 2 people it's very small in length.

It's not worth the amount I paid for it. Such type of rooms can be easily available at 500-600 bucks. The pillows and blanket were smelling.

Hotel is good , providing outer service in reasonable rate ..but in some areas requires to work in whole property no single white light available in any room yellow lights only in the property

Room's items like pillow cover, quilt and mirror was not in good condition. Cover and quilt were torn and mirror was broken. I spend three days with same towel. We were couple but they had given only one towel. Nobody is there to clean the room. Shower was liking. TV and telephone 📞 were not working. the room was not in good condition Washroom lock was not locking properly.
