It's not a hotel but an apartment property converted into a hotel. Towels were dirty. Food service was not available due to some temporary reason. Charges are too high compared to the quality of the hotel room. However the person at the reception was very nice , he allowed early check in as well. No satisfied property and amenities provided.

I booked my stay in Elegance suites, but when I reached the location no one was there. So I called on the given number and one guy came in less than 3 minutes. He told me that the hotel has some construction going on so they need to shift my booking on another property Eclat suites which was 200 meters from Elegance suites. We moved to Eclat suites and they upgraded my room for free and gave me a very big room 205. The room was very big, neat and clean. AC was working properly. There was a mini ...more

the property is nice and clean. it is surrounded by good locality and the area is very peaceful. they provide food also although the rates are little bit more compartive to other property but it is value for money.
