Rooms were not clean, Bedsheet was dirty, Hairs were found everywhere, Floor was muddy, Room was very smelly, its old property, but Service was great, they Responded on everything i complained about, Overall decent Hotel but needs lot of improvements.
Breakfast was good but breakfast options were less.

it was a nice cozy stay ..
huge ample parking space..
rooms were spacious and nice gallery with nature view..
swimming pool area was also beautiful..
room service was up to the mark.
overall a comfortable stay with proximity to both pachgani and mahabaleshwar sightseeing points

10) Short drive from Mapro Garden, Cheese cake factory & some prominent tourist points
Old property but offers truly excellent service...very budget friendly
my 2 days stay was really refreshing.

The hotel is a very old establishment and seems like they have changed nothing. The furniture is broken, beds broken, tv is an old boxy one, wifi doesn't reach rooms.
Food was excellent so compensated my stay.
